Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if your product order has not been received within 14 days from the date of the order, we offer the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, your product order must not be received within 14 days from the date of the order.

  • The 14-day period is calculated starting from the day after the order was placed.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Submit a Refund Request:

    • Contact our customer service team at soaps_n_such@yahoo.com or 757-214-6335 to notify us of the delayed delivery.

    • Provide your order number and details of your purchase.

  2. Verification:

    • Our team will verify the status of your order with the shipping carrier. We will review your request and confirm whether the package is indeed delayed beyond the 14-day period.

  3. Processing the Refund:

    • If the package is confirmed to be delayed beyond the 14-day period and the order has not been received, we will process a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling fees.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original order date.

  • If the package is eventually delivered after a refund has been processed, we kindly ask that you contact us to arrange for the return of the product.

Exceptions:

  • This policy does not apply to orders that are delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or issues with the shipping carrier beyond our control.
